The Fixed Time Deposit

Definition

We provide corporates and SMEs with the fixed time deposit within the new deposit products bundle offered by ahli Bank to keep your money safe and to give you profitable returns with innovative features. The fixed time deposit offers corporates and SMEs satisfying profits during the period to maturity.

Conditions

• The minimum amount for opening the account is 2,000 dinars or its equivalent in the other main currencies.
• The time deposit account becomes dormant if no withdrawal or deposit has been made using the account except for automatic transactions (such as interest and commission transactions) after 5 years since the last withdrawal or deposit of a financial transaction.
• The dormant account is activated in the presence of the customer or whoever is authorized to manage the account under a judicial power, so that the customer makes a financial transaction on the account, whether it is a withdrawal or a deposit.
• It is not allowed to withdraw or deposit on the original deposit during period to maturity.
• Interest is paid at maturity.
• Fixed due date in terms of date or number of days.
