• View through the application's main screen the bank's branches, ATM sites, and the currency rates bulletin issued by the bank
• View the company or SME’s balances and account transactions.
• Inquiries about financial transactions according to their classification.
• Request a cheque book.
• View the details of future cheques.
• Transferring between the accounts of the company or SME in the same currency or in different currencies with a ceiling of 3,200 dinars or its equivalent in other currencies.
• Transferring to other customers’ accounts within the bank in the same currency or in different currencies with a ceiling of 3,200 dinars or its equivalent in other currencies, with an additional advantage using the (QR Code) of the account of the customer who should receive the transfer.
• View the details of the granted facilities and loans granted to the company or SME and the payment schedule.
• View the currency rates bulletin, and use the currency calculator.
• Inquire about the locations and addresses of the bank's branches and ATMs possessed by the bank.
• Locate the nearest branch or ATM of the bank through instructions that help to access the site from your current location and vice versa.
• Contacting any of the bank's branches directly, with the ability to add the branch's contact information to the list of contacts on the phone of the company or SME's delegate.
• The ability to enter ahli Mobile application through the fingerprint, and it is required to be activated for the first time by the delegate of the company or SME.
• The ability to view the global account number (IBAN number) of the company or SME's account through the application.

• You can download the "Ahli Mobile Palestine" application through Google Play or the App Store, or by scanning a QR Code.
• You can enjoy the benefits of "ahli Mobile" application if you subscribe to "ahli Online" service.
• If you have not yet subscribed to "ahli Online" service, you can subscribe by visiting the service's website in order to register online by clicking on the "New User Registration" option, or you may call the call center at 1700100222 for assistance.
• To use "ahli Mobile" application for the first time, please enter the user name and password used to access "ahli Online" service, then press "Login".
• You can now use ahli Mobile application and complete many of your business banking transactions related to your company or SME from anywhere and at any time.
• Noting that it is not possible to use ahli Online service and ahli Mobile application at the same time to keep your account secure.
