We offer you ahli Online service, which enables you to manage the accounts of companies and SMEs, offering you around the clock service, from any location that is connected to the Internet.

ahli Online service enables you to complete many of your banking transactions, including:

• Inquiries about account balances and details, operations, and a summary of debit and credit transactions.
• Request a historical account statement using multiple options.
• Request a cheque book, follow up on cheque book requests, and cancel unexecuted cheque book requests.
• View the details of post-dated cheques.
• Transferring between the accounts of the company or SME in the same currency or in different currencies with a ceiling of 3,200 dinars or its equivalent in other currencies.
• Transfer to other customers’ accounts within the bank in the same or different currencies with a ceiling of 3,200 dinars or its equivalent in other currencies.
• View the currency rates bulletin.
• View the details of the company or SME, with the ability to modify the password to access the service, beside setting and modifying the password for remittances.
• The possibility of contacting the branch via the e-mail provided by the service, and the possibility of making a prior booking to visit the branch through this service.
• Activate ahli Mobile App and view the active mobile devices that are activated to use this service.
• The ability to view the international bank account number (IBAN) of the company’s account.
• The possibility of requesting a new password without the need to visit the branch in case the password is forgotten.
• The ability to register automatically with ahli Online without the need to visit the branch.

How to subscribe to the service

• Enter the “ahli Online Palestine” service page, read the security tips that aim to protect your banking privacy, then click on the “Next” option.
• To log into ahli Online for the first time, click on the “New User Registration” option.
• Fill in the company or SME's data according to the form and click on the “Execute” option.
• Then a password is sent to the person delegated to follow up with the bank on behalf of the company or SME’s, through a one-time text message (OTP) sent to the delegate's cell phone number, indicating that the password is valid for one minute. Enter the password in the space provided, then click on the “Next” option.
• To set the password required to enter the service, and the password for remittances, read the following instructions for the password:
  • Choose a password in English that is easy to remember by the delegate who is responsible for the account on behalf of the company or SME.
  • The letters in the password must not be successive.
  • The password must include a special character.
  • The count of numerical digits in the password must be four at least, and the numerical digits must not be sequential.
• To maintain your banking security, enter the authentication text and choose the authentication image based on what you choose, so that you will remember what you chose for the next times you log in to ahli Online.
• Then click on the box to agree on the terms and conditions of the service.
• Then click on the “Next” option.
• Finally, a message appears stating that the subscription to the service has been completed successfully, and you will be re-entered with the company or SME’s username and set password.
