You can use the ahli Mobile application to complete many of your banking transactions for free, 24 hours a day, using your smart cell phone, from any location where the Internet is available.

• View through the application's main screen the bank's branches, ATM sites, and the currency rates bulletin issued by the bank.
• View your accounts’ balances and transactions.
• Inquiries about financial transactions according to their classification.
• Request a cheque book.
• View the details of future cheque.
• Transferring between your accounts in the same or different currencies with a ceiling of 3,200 dinars or its equivalent in other currencies.
• Transferring to other customers’ accounts within the bank in the same currency or in different currencies with a ceiling of 3,200 dinars or its equivalent in other currencies, with an additional advantage using the (QR Code) of the customer to whom the transfer is sent.
• View the details of the loans granted to the customer and the repayment schedule.
• View the currency rates bulletin and use the currency calculator.
• Inquiries about the locations of the bank's branches and ATMs possessed by the bank.
• Locating the nearest bank’s branch or ATM possessed by the bank through instructions that help the customer to access the site from his current location and vice versa.
• Contacting any of the bank's branches directly, with the ability to add the branch's contact information to the contacts list on the customer’s phone.
• The ability to access ahli Mobile application through the fingerprint, mentioning that it is required to activate this feature by the customer for the first time.
• The ability to view the customer’s international bank account number (IBAN) through the application.

How to download the App

• You can download "ahli Mobile Palestine" application through Google Play or App Store, or by scanning the relevant QR Code.
• You can enjoy the benefits of "ahli Mobile" application if you have subscribed to "ahli Online" service.
• If you have not yet subscribed to "ahli Online" service, you can subscribe by visiting the service's website and register online by clicking on the "New User Registration" option, or calling the phone service center at 1700100222 to help you.
• To use "ahli Mobile" application for the first time, enter the user name and password for "ahli Online" service, then press "Login".
• You can now use ahli Mobile application and complete many of your banking transactions from anywhere, at any time.
• Noting that it is not possible to use ahli Online service and ahli Mobile application at the same time to keep your account secure.
