• Continuous service throughout the week, from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm on Sundays to Thursdays, and from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and official holidays.
• Quick response to your inquiries, as we seek to assist you in obtaining the information you need regarding the products and services that the bank offers you.
• Services that are provided immediately via the call center:
  1. Inquiries regarding credit cards and ATM cards.
  2. Inquiries about the receipt of monthly salaries and any related details.
  3. Inquiries about the registration of incoming and outgoing remittances.
  4. Inquiries about any financial transactions on the account.
  5. Inquire about any updates on a transaction submitted through the branch.
  6. Inquiries about the products and services offered by the bank.
  7. Inquiries about the IBAN, calculating a loan rescheduling and calculating an installment schedule.
  8. Inquire about the locations of the bank's branches and ATMs.
  9. Activate the ATM card and any suspended debit cards (for cards that are suspended through the call center only).
  10. Suspend all kinds of cards.
  11. Cancellation of an affiliate account on ATM cards.
  12. Unfreezing the ATM card and credit card.
