Real Estate & Housing Loan

Definition

We offer you the possibility of obtaining a long-term loan to finance your real estate and housing needs, including the purchase, construction, finishing of a property, expansion, or maintenance of a property in the areas where Tabo (title deed) is available.

Conditions

• A financing ceiling of up to $300,000 or its equivalent in dinars and shekels.
• Possibility of financing up to 85% of the property value.
• Repayment period up to 25 years.
• Minimum repayment period is 12 months.
• Funding is granted to adults with a minimum age of 21 years.
• The value of the total monthly installments must not exceed 50% of the salary.
• The applicant must be a Palestinian ID holder or Jerusalem ID holder.
• Flexibility in deferring installments and rescheduling the loan.
• The property is mortgaged at the borrower's expense.
• The property must be located in areas classified (A + B) in the West Bank.

• A credit card is granted free of issuance fees for the first year, and renewable for 3 years free of charge.

Required Documents

• A copy of the property's registration deed, with a recent date, free of incidents, and in the name of the current owner.
• A copy of the construction permit (in case of construction).
• A copy of the initial sale contract and the advance payment receipts (in case of purchase).
• A report estimating the value of the property from two real estate experts approved by the bank.
• A report from an approved engineering office for the expected cost of works in the cases to which the purpose of the loan applies, such as construction, finishing, expansion, completion of an existing building, or maintenance.
